Sometimes this feeling of happiness is better than any drug. That's why we call them 'hobby crack cocaine'. That's what it feels like to them and why they can't stop doing it. If you notice that you are becoming obsessed with something, there is a good chance that you have a hobby addiction. There are several signs that this may be the case for you. You want to do something all of the time, even if it isn't your favorite thing to do. You would rather spend time doing your hobby than spending time with friends or family. You may even feel guilty when thinking about doing other things because of how much time you spend on your hobby. When confronted with these signs, don't try to fight this addiction, instead face it head on by making a decision to quit your hobby for a while and see what happens.
